The service

ProveFix helps you watch websites, find technical and SEO problems, track fixes and check that they worked. Some tools work without an account, within daily limits. Others need a workspace on one of our plans.

Product in development

ProveFix is still being built. Features, limits and plans may change, and some tools are marked as not yet available. We announce important changes in the dashboard or by email.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members and clients do with the access you give them.

You must be at least 16 and allowed to agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay, plus any tax that applies.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Unless the law says otherwise, payments aren't refunded for partial periods.

Sites you check

Only run full scans and monitoring on sites you own or are allowed to test. Some features ask you to prove you own a site first.

Our crawlers identify themselves, obey robots.txt and keep a polite speed. Site owners can ask us to stop fetching their site through the contact page.

Results and no guarantees

Tool results describe what we measured at a moment in time. They are not legal, financial or security advice, and we don't promise rankings, traffic or uptime for any site.

AI text is a suggestion based on measured facts. Check it before you act on it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the data you add. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Our content

The ProveFix name, logo, software and site content belong to us. You may use reports and exports from your workspace for your own and your clients' work.

Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may limit or close an account that breaks it, puts others at risk or harms the service.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that's reasonable. Data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. Questions go through the contact page.
